If you are not happy with your purchase from Gynable, you may request a refund for up to two unopened bottles from your very first order within 30 days of the original purchase date.

1. Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

1. Refund Amount: The refund will be issued for the product price you paid. Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.

2.
No Return Needed: For eligible refunds under this guarantee, you do not need to return the unopened bottles to us (unless otherwise requested for quality inspection).

3. One-Time Offer: This guarantee applies only to your first purchase with Gynable, as a gesture of welcome and trust. Subsequent purchases are covered by our Standard Return Policy below.

2. Standard Return Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Items

For all orders (including subscription shipments), we accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

 

1. Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will promptly replace the item or issue a refund.

2. Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive a product you did not order, notify us within 7 days. We will provide a prepaid return label and, upon receipt, send the correct product or issue a refund.

3. Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers:

 

1. Opened/Used Products: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any products that have been opened, used or partially consumed. This policy is strictly enforced.


2. Final Sale: Items purchased during final sales, promotions marked “final sale,” or with deep discount codes are not eligible for return or refund.


3. Subscription Orders: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future shipments and charges. Refunds for a subscription order that has already been processed and shipped are only considered if the sealed product meets the above eligibility criteria (Damaged/Incorrect).

4. How to Request a Refund or Return?

  1. Contact Us First: To initiate any refund or return, you must contact our customer happiness team at hello@gynable.com within the applicable time frame. Please include your order number and details.

  2. For Returns (Damaged/Incorrect Items): If a return is required, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed.

  3. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.
