1. Standard Shipping (U.S. Domestic Orders)

We currently offer fast shipping within the United States. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. For example, an order placed on a Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Information Required for U.S. Delivery

To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, you must provide a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address alongside a valid U.S. phone number. This information is essential for our carriers to contact you if needed and to complete the delivery process.

3.Important Notice for International Customers

If you require shipping to a destination outside the United States (e.g., Canada, Asia, Europe), please contact us first at hello@gynable.com before placing your order. Our team will create a custom order link for you, outline any applicable international shipping fees, and guide you through the process.

4. Special Verification for Non-U.S. Phone Numbers

If you provide a U.S. address but your registered phone number is from a non-U.S. country (e.g., China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, or other Asian nations), please ensure you also send an accurate U.S. phone number to hello@gynable.com or update it in your account at the time of registration.

  • Why is this necessary? A local U.S. number allows our delivery carriers to contact you directly if any issues arise during the final delivery attempt, preventing failed deliveries and returns.

  • If we do not receive your U.S. phone number within 3 days after purchase, our specialist will send a follow-up email to the address on file. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) promptly to avoid delays. We appreciate your understanding in helping us serve you better.
